LiquidX Appoints Chairman as Interim CEO


New York, NY – October 2, 2023 – LiquidX, a leading global fintech platform offering the only complete end-to-end digital solution for global trade, announced today the appointment of Art Certosimo as Interim CEO. With over three decades of experience in finance, Certosimo steps into this role in addition to his current role as LiquidX’s Chairman of the Board.

Jim Toffey, CEO of LiquidX (“Company”) since 2016, will be transitioning to a new role as Executive Chairman. In his new role, Jim will continue to advise the executive team ensuring his vision for and impact on the trade finance business will endure. He will remain on the board of directors.

Certosimo currently serves as Senior Advisor at Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR: NYSE). He was a member of the Executive and Operating Committee for Bank of New York Mellon, where he also served as Senior Executive Vice President and CEO of Global Markets until 2014. Certosimo currently is an active member of the Board of Directors of LTX, Inc, a Broadridge Financial Solutions company, as well as South Street Securities. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College at Rutgers University and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
