Art Certosimo brings more than 35 years of finance experience as Chairman and CEO of LQX.
He has held senior positions at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Bank of New York Mellon, Morgan Stanley, and The Chase Manhattan Bank Global Investor Services Group.
Art holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College at Rutgers University and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Chief Executive Officer
Dominic Capolongo brings over 25 years of broad experience building sustainable revenue production and defining, managing, and leading teams.
Previously, Dominic served as Global Head of Funding at PrimeRevenue and held positions at leading financial services companies including FBR, RBC Capital Markets, Jefferies, and Credit Suisse.
Chief Revenue Officer
Frank DiMarco previously ran ITG’s Fixed Income Trading and Analytics businesses.
Prior to ITG, Frank was an Executive Vice President and managed Fidelity’s Fixed income, Equity and Mutual Fund Operations in support of many of their other business lines.
Frank has an MBA from Fordham University. He received his BS in Accounting with an AS in Management Information Systems from Merrimack College.
Chief Operations Officer
Andy Phillips is responsible for managing all legal and compliance matters.
Prior to LiquidX, Andy worked at Slaughter and May and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. As in-house counsel at Barclays Bank in New York, covering the US corporate banking business, Andy gained experience across a wide range of legal and regulatory areas, particularly trade finance, debt finance and general banking.
Andy holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford (Lincoln College) and is admitted to practice in both New York, England and Wales.
General Counsel
Abhishek Khandelwal has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services and FinTech sectors. He was Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Broadridge, where he led multiple strategic initiatives driving growth and innovation across the company. Formerly, Abhishek was an investment banker with Jefferies, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch advising a variety of broker-dealers, exchanges and capital markets firms.
Abhishek received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
